Welcome to **Meat The Big Cheese**, where we’re milking cows, curing meat, and cracking jokes—all on 300 acres of Lancaster, Pennsylvania farmland. We’re a family-owned, American-operated business, and yes, we’re the ones who decided to combine cheese and jerky into one deliciously quirky brand.

Our story begins with a simple idea: why not take the best of Amish tradition, add a dash of humor, and create snacks so good they’ll make you say, “Holy cow!” (Or maybe, “Holy cheese!”—we’re not picky.)  


Here at Meat The Big Cheese, we take our food seriously, but not ourselves. Our cheeses are aged to perfection (just like our dad jokes), and our jerky is slow-cured to pack a punch of flavor that’ll make your taste buds do a happy dance.
